Main Purpose of the job

To collect produce from a local supermarket and deliver to the shelter.

Responsible to

Projects Support Worker/Cook and Deputy Manager

Specific tasks

1) To collect donations of produce from a local supermarket

2) Deliver the donations to the night shelter on Monks Road

•  To follow Health and Safety guidelines at all times
• To complete a timesheet and any other paperwork that may be required, relevant to the role
• To help foster good neighbour and community relationships within the local area
• To work within the aims and ethos of the Nomad Trust

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for a couple of hours between 9am and 1pm 

Optional extra hours to assist with the storage and sorting of the produce.

 

 

Previous experience required

None.
Full driving licence and own vehicle with current Insurance and TAX required.
